Pilates

Our more traditional pilates practice builds resistance training into your workout by pairing fundamental mat pilates techniques with reformer equipment. This style utilizes body weight as resistance to explore a deeper style of strength training that is naturally available through the body.

*Incorporation of Reformer practice is only offered in-studio unless the client has appropriate at-home equipment. However, classes may be easily adapted for settings without Reformer equipment because p.s. your body is a machine.

Sculpt

Made to make you sweat. Building upon core Pilates postures, Sculpt increases resistance and heart rate through the use of hand weights and high-intensity interval training. Producing an optimal calorie-burning effect, this style of training focuses on building cardiovascular endurance and sculpting lean muscles while maintaining movement control through the breath.
